Returns & refund policy

General Information

We offer a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it: unused, unworn, with all original tags attached, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

To start a return, please contact us at thetrunkmonkeyuk@gmail.com. Returns must be sent to our manufacturing site in the UK — we will provide the full return address once your request is approved.

Please note: return postage costs are the buyer’s responsibility. Buyers are also responsible for ensuring the item reaches us safely. We recommend using a tracked and insured postal service, as we cannot accept liability for items lost or damaged in transit.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please check your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or if you have received the wrong product. We will review the issue and work to resolve it promptly.

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:

• Custom products

• Sale items

• Used, prototype, or ex-development items

Exchanges

The quickest way to receive the product you want is to return the original item and, once your return is accepted, place a new order separately.

Refunds

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you of the outcome. If your refund is approved, it will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note it may take additional time for your bank or card provider to complete the transaction.
