• Know Your Van’s Limits: Every van (Sprinter, Transporter, Crafter, Transit, etc.) has different rear door and hinge weight capacities. Always verify your vehicle’s maximum permissible rear-door payload.
• User Responsibility: The buyer assumes all liability for ensuring the combined weight of the Trunk Monkey rack, Trunk Monkey accessories and attached cargo does not exceed vehicle limits or overload the mounting points.
• Check Before You Drive: Always inspect mounting straps, bolts, and board attachments before setting off. The Trunk Monkey accepts no liability for damage to vehicles, boards, or third parties resulting from overloading or improper installation.

• Warranty Exclusions: The product warranty does not cover component failure, bending, breakage, or structural damage to the rack or its accessories resulting from overloading, mechanical misuse, or improper gear attachment.
